It’s stability, security, and for many, the Australian Dream.
We believe everyone deserves to understand their mortgage and have good people in their corner, regardless of circumstance.
So we make it available — in a small number of cases each month.
The same expertise.
The same level of care.
The same coaching approach.
Only the professional fees are removed.
Limited to two clients per month, selected at our discretion.
Who The Program Is For
Our Pro Bono Program is designed to support individuals and families experiencing genuine disadvantage or significant life disruption.
This may include (but is not limited to):
- Victims and survivors of domestic or family violence
- Migrant or refugee families navigating the Australian system
- People living with disability
- Carers or single-parent households
- People rebuilding after separation or significant life change
Each application is assessed with care, discretion, and professional judgement.

A Note on Safety and Privacy
For clients impacted by domestic or family violence, safety comes first.
We:
- Prioritise confidentiality
- Adapt communication methods where needed
- Work sensitively around timing, documentation, and control
- Never pressure clients to share personal details publicly
