Pro Bono Mortgage Coaching

Access to the right mortgage strategy shouldn’t depend on circumstance.

why this exists

For many, a home represents more than a financial decision.
It’s stability, security, and for many, the Australian Dream.

We believe mortgage structure shapes long-term outcomes,
and that access to the right mortgage strategy shouldn’t be limited by circumstance.

So we make it available — in a small number of cases each month.

The same strategic thinking.
The same level of care.
The same long-term focus.

Only the fees are removed.

Limited to two clients per month, selected at our discretion.

Who The Program Is For

Our Pro Bono Program is designed to support individuals and families experiencing genuine disadvantage or significant life disruption.

This may include (but is not limited to):

  • Victims and survivors of domestic or family violence
  • Migrant or refugee families navigating the Australian system
  • People living with disability
  • Carers or single-parent households
  • Those facing complex financial or structural hardship

Each application is assessed with care, discretion, and professional judgement.

How to Apply or Refer Someone

If you believe you – or someone you support – may be suitable for our Pro Bono Program, please contact us directly.

All enquiries are handled confidentially.

A Note on Safety and Privacy

For clients impacted by domestic or family violence, safety comes first.

We:

  • Prioritise confidentiality
  • Adapt communication methods where needed
  • Work sensitively around timing, documentation, and control
  • Never pressure clients to share personal details publicly

Your wellbeing always comes before process, timelines, or outcomes.

Why We May Invite Storytelling

(Optional)

In some cases, clients may choose to share their experience to help others better understand what’s possible with the right support.

This may take the form of:

  • A written case study
  • A podcast or interview
  • Educational or editorial content

Participation is always:

  • Optional
  • Discussed respectfully
  • Managed with care

Stories can be de-identified, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

This is never about exposure.

It’s about shifting the conversation around money, debt, and support — through real experiences.

If you believe your situation (or someone you support) may be appropriate, we invite you to get in touch.

Placements are limited and assessed with care.
